The Nation had also advanced that, if his departure from the Government was confirmed, Arlindo do Rosário, who is a deputy elected by the Santo Antão constituency, would not return to Parliament since he was already reserved for the position of ambassador of Cape Verde in Beijing. , in China, vacant since late 2020, with the exoneration of Tânia Romualdo from the mission in that Asian country.
