Ulisses Correia e Silva will be in Geneva (Switzerland) starting today and, for two days, in addition to participating in the ILO Summit, he has a series of commitments with UN international organizations and organizations based in the city, such as the visit of Courtesy of the new Secretary General of the International Telecommunication Union, Doreen Bogdan-Martin and the Directorate General of the World Trade Organization.
According to the Prime Minister’s office, today at the ILO Summit, Ulisses Correia e Silva will discuss issues of “Social Justice for all”, at the meeting that brings together leaders from around the world.
The meeting is also seen as a platform for debate on strategies for “more effective and well-coordinated action for social justice and also an opportunity for an “enlightening discussion” and on the process of creating a Global Coalition for Social Justice, which the ILO Governing Body welcomed with interest at its 347th session in March.
