Africa-Press – Eswatini. Pastor Bheki Khumalo, founder and leader of Kingdom Worship Tabernacle in Hlathikhulu, has released a new book that explains the meaning of praise and worship.
The book is now available in Mbabane, Manzini, Hlathikhulu and Nhlangano at a price of E290 per copy.The book, titled Understanding the Truth About Praise and Worship, aims to teach Christians the real purpose of worship in church. Pastor Khumalo said God placed it in his heart to write the book because, although the words “praise” and “worship” are often used in Christianity, many people still do not fully understand them.
“This ministry has been reduced to a song, yet there is so much more and so much depth,” he said. “Praise and worship allow us to experience God.”
The book covers topics such as what praise and thanksgiving are, what worship means, the role of a worship leader, the role of the congregation and the importance of spontaneous moments in worship. Pastor Khumalo explained that the book also addresses what congregations should do for a meaningful worship service to be achieved.
Copies of the book are being sold at several outlets. In Mbabane, it is available at Babylon Investments, The Bridge Retail Centre, next to OK Foods Checkers, and at The Readers Café on Gwamile Street, Embassy House. In Manzini, readers can get it at Lucmus Cyber Café, SNAT Building, first floor opposite Plascon, Shop No. 11.
