Africa-Press – Eswatini. Marwick Khumalo, the Lobamba Lomdzala Member of Parliament(MP) has expressed serious concern regarding the delay in appointing the Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of the Royal Science and Technology Park(RSTP).
Speaking in Parliament this week, the MP urged Parliament to consider freezing budgets for State owned companies without Chief Executive Officers(CEOs) and Chief Financial Officers(CFOs).
“A CEO and a CFO is appointed by Cabinet to protect public funds among other duties, so we cannot continue approving budgets for State owned companies without these senior Managers,” said the MP.
