Africa-Press – Eswatini. THE Association of Christian Artists in Eswatini has confirmed that it has 600 gospel artists under the association.
This was revealed by ACAESWA PRO Nhlanhla Mathuntjwa who said they had 80 groups which made 600 singers signed to them.He urged gospel artists to subscribe under the association as it would help them in different ways.He said it was time for all artists to be under ACAESWA.
“Being under ACAESWA comes with benefits that included being nominated at the awards and being able to participate in our regional offices.Also it gets easier to just get your work pushed to the public,” Mathunjwa said.He emphasised that people who were not subscribed under the association would not be recognised for the awards.
Mathunjwa believes that they were elected back to the committee to continue with the good work they had started doing. Also as much as the subscription was not enough to cover all costs he said they do it for the artists and were happy to work with them.
