The No-Confidence Motion in President Cyril Ramaphosa could be postponed. There is a pending application in the Western Cape High Court seeking to force a secret ballot in the voting process and as a result the ATM says it will ask the Speaker of Parliament to postpone the motion pending the outcome of the case.
Earlier, the court struck off the roll an urgent application by the African Transformation Movement (ATM) on the matter.
National Assembly Speaker, Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula, insists there must be an open vote.
