Africa-Press – Eswatini. SEASONED spinner dj Tibza has commended Solani’s Shisanyama for hosting a sophisticated music experience for Emaswati dubbed ‘The Lawn’.
The deejay said he would definitely have his set in line with musicality on the day of his performance alongside two South African musical aces, Kelly Khumalo and Zonke Dikana.
The DJ who forms part of the line-up to perform at the exclusive show slated for Saturday October 28 said the audience should brace itself to sing along to beautifully sort out classic cuts on the day.
In his comments, the DJ said he was thrilled at the fact that he shall be spinning alongside these two talented artists.
“They have certainly earned their stripes in the music industry. Their dashing looks will also serve as a huge plus for the whole occasion,” he said.
He added that it was good to see Swazi owned businesses such as Solani’s come up with an event that appeals to a clearly outlined audience.
“I have always aspired to play at high-end events and this certainly is a dream come true. A beautiful audience always ignites my creativity behind the decks,” he said.
Real name Tubuko Nxumalo, affectionately known as DJ Tibza is a spirited individual who is exceedingly passionate about all the things he loves; family, music and the arts in general. With over 20 years’ experience as a professional DJ, he has played alongside iconic spinners; Black Coffee, Franck Roger, Vick Lavender, Kid Fonque and Vinny Da Vinci amongst many others.
Tibza is a Co-Founder of Urban Elements has performed at the MTN Bush Fire Festival and the Standard Bank LUJU Festival amongst others.
