Crossworks Church Hosts Inaugural Business Faith Friday

Africa-Press – Eswatini. Crossworks Church, Mbabane, is set to host the first-ever Business & Faith Friday (BFF) Gathering on 3 October 2025 at 5:30pm at the executive MVA Conference, Sincemphetelo Building. The event promises an inspiring evening where faith meets business, bringing together entrepreneurs, professionals, and faith leaders.

Pastor Motsa, speaking about the vision behind the event, explained that the church’s calling goes beyond preparing people for heaven, it is also about empowering them to make a lasting impact on society.

“We believe that the church has a very important role to play at the marketplace, and the inspiration to host the Business & Faith Friday comes from that conviction. Faith is not confined to the walls of a church; it is a guiding force that can shape integrity, excellence, and purpose in business,” he said.

The BFF Gathering aims to close the gap between the ministry and the marketplace. According to Pastor Motsa, the event will highlight how biblical values can inspire ethical practices, innovation, and long-term business success.

“This is not just a church service or a seminar; it’s about showing that faith can fuel vision, while sound business strategies can amplify impact,” he added.

Pastor Motsa emphasized that the theme is more than just a title, it’s a concept that encourages balance.

“Business’ represents excellence and innovation in the marketplace, ‘Faith’ anchors us in Godly values, and ‘Friday’ symbolizes a moment to pause, reflect, and recharge. It’s a call to realign our ambitions with our convictions, proving that true success is when strategy meets spiritual grounding.”

Attendees can look forward to a transformative evening designed to challenge how they view business and success.

“The Business & Faith Friday Gathering will ignite both vision and values. It will show that real success is when profit meets purpose,” Pastor Motsa said.

The event will feature a diverse lineup of speakers:

Thulani Xaba, a businessman known for building ventures from the ground up, will share practical insights on growth and resilience.

Nellie De Souza, a veteran businesswoman, will bring decades of wisdom in leadership and navigating economic shifts.

Evangelist Noah Nyawozendlovu, a preacher and successful businessman, will demonstrate how spiritual convictions can shape business excellence.

Sihle Mavimbela, a young professional and innovator, will provide fresh perspectives on navigating today’s marketplace.

“We’ve curated speakers who blend practical strategies with faith-driven principles. They will focus on both spiritual growth and actionable business skills to empower people to lead with integrity and purpose,” Motsa explained.

This marks the first time Crossworks Church is hosting the BFF Gathering, and Pastor Motsa revealed that it is intended to become an annual event that grows in influence.

“We believe this is the beginning of a platform that will inspire, empower, and impact lives far beyond the church walls,” he said.
