Africa-Press – Eswatini. Deputy Army Commander Commander three(3) star Lieutenant General Thembeni Magongo has urged soldiers to remain loyal to King Mswati amid the ongoing political unrest.
Speaking during a prayer at Nkoyoyo Palace last month, the Deputy Army Commander who was almost in tears, reminded soldiers that the King had put absolute trust on them.
“Don’t dump the King, he has put absolute trust on us as soldiers and we must remain loyal to him,” she said.
Senior army officials visited various Barracks and Palaces last month to pray with soldiers amid the ongoing political unrest.
