Africa-Press – Eswatini. Agrippa Magesi Dlamini, the Gege Member of Parliament(MP) wants all teachers working in rural schools to receive a hardship allowance.
The MP has filed a question with the Office of Speaker Jabulani ‘Buy Cash’ Mabuza, demanding answers from Education and Training Minister Owen Nxumalo.
“Could the Hon. Minister for Education and Training explain to this Hon. House as to why teachers in the rural areas are not given hardship allowance?”, reads the question contained in the Parliament Notice Paper detailing issues to be discussed this week.
The Education Minister is highly expected to respond to the Gege MP’s question.
