Africa-Press – Eswatini. Eswatini Water Services Corporation (EWSC) intends to award a tender worth E1 055 479.63 to El-Tech Investments (Pty) Ltd.
The tender is for the supply and installation of an advertising billboard. It must be noted that, in terms of section 45(2) of the Public Procurement Act No. 7 of 2011, the contract award decision does not constitute a contract. Also, worth noting is that El-Tech Investments was the only company running for the tender.
