The Idea for Compo Tech was born in 2023, when Mayisela was a student at Limkokwing University. As a Business Information Technology (BIT) student, he quickly noticed how fellow students and even businesses were struggling to find reliable IT support.
“I saw people battling with small tech problems that ended up costing them a lot,” Mayisela recalls. “That’s when I decided to step in. I started fixing computers from my room. One person turned into five, then ten and that’s when I knew this could be something bigger.”
In 2025, Compo Tech Services was officially registered, and what started as a side hustle became a professional, client-focused company with a wide range of specialized IT services.
Compo Tech has built a strong reputation for offering over 20 specialized services, including laptop and desktop sales, repairs, battery and charger replacements, software installations, RAM upgrades, graphic design, and data recovery. The company also provides more advanced solutions like networking and CCTV installations, along with consultation and ICT training sessions.
Beyond technical expertise, what truly sets Compo Tech apart is its commitment to accessibility and customer care. With offices located in Manzini (SNAT Building) and Mbabane (Swazi plaza), the company serves a diverse client base, from students and small business owners to churches and government agencies.
