Africa-Press – Eswatini. IN collaboration with Macmillan Eswatini, Eswatini TV will present the 15th season of Brains on the Go. Eswatini TV’s Nomphumelelo Dlamini said the reality TV show unearthed young ‘brains’ from all over the kingdom subjecting them to a serious yet exciting competition.
Dlamini said they had been working with Macmillan on the programme since 2008, where they would get pupils from different schools to join different competitions (ran by the show) until they picked their top three. She explained that it had helped pupils achieve their goal.
The show is produced Sibusiso Bhembe. The pupils also get a chance to meet people they look up to or see as their role models. Sponsors Nomalungelo Dladla was their first presenter for three years while she was a pupil at MDS High School. “We currently have more other sponsors.
Some monetary and others in a form of contributions towards the pupils’ education.
Former winners include Sanelsiwe Tembe who is a pilot and will also be present at the launch,” said Dlamini. Truworths, KFC (who catered for their tuition for the year) Mr Price, Galitos, Nandos have sponsored the show.
The event will be held at Esibayeni Lodge on Friday.
