Fashion Meets Freight: Melusi Mnisi'S Entrepreneurial Journey

Africa-Press – Eswatini. From fashion racks to freight trucks, local entrepreneur Melusi Mnisi is proving that passion and precision can coexist in business.

The multi-talented founder is set to headline the next Startup Grind Manzini Fireside Chat on Friday, August 1, 2025, where he will unpack the grit, grace, and grind behind building ventures across radically different industries.

Hosted at the American Corner inside the Manzini Library, the session will run from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM and is free to attend, but seating is limited to just 30 guests.

Mnisi, who is the brains behind logistics powerhouse Earthquake Logistics and urban fashion label IKLERI_STORE, will share the raw truths of navigating Eswatini’s business terrain while staying creatively charged.

Known for weaving storytelling into his ventures, Mnisi also co-hosts a rising podcast with Banele WJLM that amplifies authentic African voices and entrepreneurial journeys.

“This is the kind of energy our ecosystem needs right now,” said Startup Grind Manzini Chapter Director Siphiwo Lushaba.

“Melusi’s journey is the perfect example of what’s possible when you refuse to be boxed into one path. He’s building platforms that work for people, not just profits.”

Lushaba added that attendees can expect to gain actionable insight on scaling ideas, staying agile, and growing a business that adapts with the times.

Topics will include building a brand from scratch, finding your voice in saturated markets, and how to create impact through collaboration.

The fireside format is designed to be intimate and interactive, giving entrepreneurs, creatives, and students direct access to Mnisi’s experience and advice. Registration is open via https://forms.gle/rVzoKT5EfWDtHMwk7, and enquiries can be sent via WhatsApp to Siphiwo on 7863 1901.

With Mnisi lighting up the stage next Friday, Manzini’s entrepreneurial circuit is in for an afternoon of real talk, big ideas, and fresh inspiration.
