Africa-Press – Eswatini. The Ministry of Finance is hard at work, preparing for the Budget Speech.
The Budget Speech is expected to be delivered on Friday by Minister Neal Rijkenberg in the House of Assembly. Today, Minister Rijkenberg and Ministry officials were making final touches to the Budget Speech ahead of its presentation on Friday.
The final touches were made in Parliament. The Budget Speech is supposed to be outlining Government’s plans for the financial year 2024/25. The plans are expected to be in line with the Speech from the Throne, which was delivered by His Majesty King Mswati III almost two weeks ago, marking the opening of the First Session of the 12th Parliament.
