Africa-Press – Eswatini. Sisanda Mavimbela of the Eswatini Sexual and Gender Minorities says as members of the Lesbian,Gays,Bisexual and Transgender(LGBT)they want the proposed Marriage Bill 2022 to allow them to marry.
Outside Parliament after human rights organizations made their submissions inside Parliament, Mavimbela said they made it clear that they wanted to be also included in the Marriage Bill.
“We are here to submit our recommendations to the proposed Marriage Bill, we are against the clause that says marriage is between a man and a woman.We want the Bill to at least say, marriage between two people as long as they are consenting,”said Sisanda Mavimbela from the Gender Minorities.
