Africa-Press – Eswatini. Princess Lindiwe, the Minister of Home Affairs has launched a Mobile Money payment system.
The system will enable members of the public to conveniently pay for services like Identification Documents(IDs) and birth-certificates.
“The Ministry of Home Affairs mobile money payment system is a groundbreaking innovation that aims to streamline financial transactions and provide convenient services to the citizens. This launch follows the successful introduction of the tracking service for identification documents on the USSD *468# platform back in 2015.You will recall that in 2015, we introduced tracking service for Travel Documents, Passports, IDs and issuance on USSD *468# platform,” said the Home Affairs Minister as quoted by Government online platforms.
