Africa-Press – Eswatini. In a heartfelt display of tradition and unity, the people of Hosea Inkhundla came together on April 30, 2025, to honour His Majesty King Mswati III with a grand gesture—gifting him 10 cattle during his official visit to open Usizo Plaza in Sihlutse.
Located between Nsingizini and Manyiseni Chiefdoms, Sihlutse buzzed with excitement as hundreds gathered to welcome the King to the newly built shopping complex, a beacon of economic promise for the region.
Among the dignitaries and well-wishers presenting cattle and other gifts were notable families and individuals: the Nxumalo family, led by Shiselweni Region Business Community Chairperson Justice Nxumalo; the Zwane family including Dumisani, Musa ‘Magic’, and Sandile ‘Beyond 2000’ Zwane; former HMCS Commissioner General Isaiah Mzuthini Ntshangase; and prominent attorney Zweli Jele of Robinson Bertrams Attorneys. Notably, businesspeople of foreign origin also participated, further underscoring the inclusive spirit of the occasion.
The King expressed deep gratitude, praying that the generous offerings from the people of Hosea would multiply. He extended special praise to the Nxumalo family for building the impressive plaza, referring to them as part of the royal lineage due to historical ties with Queen Lomawa Ndwandwe, grandmother to His Majesty.
The newly launched Usizo Plaza is expected to significantly boost local employment and features major retail outlets such as Shoprite Usave, Pep Stores, MTN Eswatini Centre, among others.
