Dlamini completed both his primary and high school education at Lusoti before furthering his studies in plumbing and electrical work at BSA. Remarkably, he funded his studies using earnings from personal projects while employed by the Royal Eswatini Sugar Corporation (RES).
“I have been a side hustler for too long,” said Sandile. “I learned a lot about business from both mistakes and opportunities, and now I am ready to take it to another level” he added.
High IQ Power Construction was officially registered on March 3, 2025, as a sole proprietorship with the assistance of Obert Ncube at Excel Business Consultancy. The company specializes in civil works, building projects, boiler making, and maintenance services, serving residential homeowners, commercial properties, and industrial businesses.
“Our mission is simple to understand every client’s specific needs and provide tailored solutions that guarantee durability, efficiency, and sustainability,” Dlamini explained.
With a vision to grow into one of Eswatini’s leading infrastructure service providers, Dlamini is proving that young entrepreneurs can turn determination and practical skills into thriving businesses.
