Two years ago, 122 South African citizens who were evacuated from the then COVID-19 epicentre at Wuhan in China arrived at The Ranch Resort and hotel in Polokwane. This became the location where they were hosted at the time when the earliest variants of COVID-19 surged in Wuhan.
Their arrival in Limpopo was met with mixed reactions.
