Africa-Press – Eswatini. Marwick Khumalo, the Lobamba Lomdzala Member of Parliament(MP) has registered a motion with the Office of Speaker, seeking to close the Matsapha Scrapyard amid escalating cases of copper theft.
The MP wants Commerce Minister Mancoba Khumalo to explain “why he is not closing the Scrapyard, alleging that, its continued existence is costing the country’s economy millions”.
