Africa-Press – Eswatini. The Lubombo Regional Football Association has ushered in new leadership following its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held this at KaLanga Technical Centre.
Lucky Dlamini was officially elected as the new Chairman of the Association, taking over from outgoing chairman Nichodemus ‘Ace’ Mashwama, who has been at the helm in recent years.
Dlamini’s election marks a new chapter for the region’s football structures, as he is expected to bring fresh energy and direction to the Association. His leadership will focus on strengthening grassroots development, improving club structures, and ensuring fair competition across all divisions within the Lubombo region.
The AGM was attended by various club representatives, stakeholders, and regional football administrators. Delegates applauded Mashwama for his contribution and service during his tenure, which saw notable progress in regional competitions.
With the new Chairman now in office, stakeholders will be looking forward to how Dlamini shapes the direction of Lubombo football and carries the baton of development from his predecessor.
