Africa-Press – Eswatini. Eswatini’s cultural vibrancy has received a powerful boost ahead of this year’s Trade Fair, with Minister of Sports, Culture and Youth Affairs, Bongani Nzima, announcing generous sponsorships from Mulasport and the Kunotsa Foundation.
The Culture Competition will benefit from an impressive E150 000 sponsorship, while the Dance Competition secures an additional E50 000, setting the stage for a spectacular showcase of talent and creativity during the 2025 Trade Fair.
A Ministry Committed to Culture
Speaking during the announcement, Nzima reaffirmed government’s unwavering dedication to elevating culture as a driver of national development.
“As a ministry, we remain resolute in our pledge to place culture at the centre of our national development plan. Our achievements as a country in the global space are there for everyone to see. Thanks to His Majesty’s Government for continuously putting value and budgets in the culture sector,” he said.
The Minister added that the 2025 Trade Fair promises to be an uplifting experience for all participants:
“As we go to the Trade Fair, we want to put smiles on everyone, from exhibitors to visitors and the youth of the country. This year’s fair is set to become both an individual and group landmark.”
