Africa-Press – Eswatini. King Maloyi of the Mamba clan has condemned Gender Based Violence(GBV).
Speaking during a Crime Prevention Awareness event held at Ngudzeni this week, the Mamba King urged parents to take care of their children and teach them to be responsible citizens. He said some young boys “abuse their girlfriends because they were not taught at a young age how to respect and take care of a woman” adding that, some “violently isolate their girlfriends” because they don’t have an alternative or skills to propose another woman in the event, a relationship deteriorate.
“Some young men are abusing their girlfriends because they were not taught at a young age how to respect and take care of a woman. Umangale kutsi lelijaha laba neludlame kangaka, inkinga nje kutsi alikwati kusoma,” said the Mamba King.
National Commissioner Vusi Manoma Masango graced the event, the Mamba King congratulated King Mswati and the National Commissioner for the successful Police Day.
