Africa-Press – Eswatini. A.M. Group of Companies has submitted a successful bid for a tender issued by EPTC.
The procuring entity is Eswatini Posts and Telecommunications Corporation (EPTC) while the tender is for the supply, installation and commission of a Payroll and Human Resources (HR) Cloud Solution. According to online sources, Payroll and HR Software services provide a solution that simplifies and takes care of your company’s payroll processing and procedures and any other related matter such as talent management and/or benefits.
A.M. Group of Companies, a local company, scored an impressive 98 per cent to make the cut ahead of three bidders. The proposed contract price is E892 063.70. The other bidders were three international companies from South Africa, India and Kenya and they all scored lower. They were identified as O.S. Holding, Intellect and Sybil Kenya, in that order. This is as per an intention to award notice which was posted on the Eswatini Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (ESPPRA) website. The information was posted as per Section 45 (3) (b) of the Public Procurement Act No.7 of 2011.
“Following a competitive bidding process, notice is hereby given that a contract award decision has been reached by the approvals authority. “The contract award decision does not constitute a contract. All tenderers who submitted bids are hereby notified that a period of 10 working days is hereby allowed for submission of any application for reviews,” reads the posted information in part.
