Africa-Press – Eswatini. Members of public are wishing highly regarded Judge Qinisile Mabuza a happy retirement.
This comes after publishing a story about the Judge who was honored by the Law Society of Eswatini during a Gala Dinner at the Royal Villas on Thursday evening, the event was graced by Attorney General (AG) Sifiso Khumalo and other high profile figures within the justice system.
EmaSwati commented on this publication’s social media pages sharing their experience when appearing before the Judge but, Mabuza “is highly respected for her ruling in the late Mzikayise Ntshangase’s case” who was deprived by a group of royal family members his right to be buried in the land of his forefathers.
Judge Mabuza ordered that he must be buried at Mkhwakhweni despite resistance from some royal family members.
“Mzikayise Ntshangase is resting in peace because of this Judge,” one member of the public commenced on social media page.
