Africa-Press – Eswatini. The Eswatini Pool Festival presents a thrilling showdown between Royal Eswatini Police Service (REPS) and Correctional.
This was confirmed by Tournament Organiser Dodge Matsebula yesterday. The eagerly-anticipated games are set to take place at Manzini Pool Club this Saturday. Kicking off the action-packed day will be the clash between Ludzeludze Pool Club and Malkerns Pool Club, commencing at 11am. It will be followed by the highly-anticipated security forces derby at 1pm. The finals are scheduled to commence at 3pm.
This marks the continuation of the major tournament, which initially ran from January 8-13. Notably, South Africa’s Jemeriah Green ‘Gandaganda’ Naido emerged victorious in the male category, while Botswana’s Boineelo ‘Kizza’ Moleofi claimed the title in the female category. Additionally, Zimbabwean Blessing Muzarirwi triumphed in the under 18 category. The teams are fighting for a share from the tournament purse, which is over E100 000.
