Africa-Press – Eswatini. Advocate Samantha Martin has arrived in the country to represent Eswatini Med in the marathon battle with removed Board Chairman Samuel Sammy Dlamini and suspended Chief Executive Officer(CEO) Peter ‘Samora’ Simelane.
Dlamini and the CEO have engaged lawyer Sdumo Mdladla to challenge the enforcement of Judge Mumcy Dlamini’s ruling, permanently banning them from performing their duties at Eswatini Med, the matter continued in court on Friday.
