Africa-Press – Eswatini. Poor drainage systems were once again cited as some streets at Mahhala were waterlogged, something which resulted in a traffic jam, which lasted for about two hours.
There was heavy rainfall at around 4pm in Matsapha yesterday and the traffic jam lasted until after 6pm. Some of the motorists, who were frustrated by the traffic jam, blamed the drainage system on some of the streets. It is worth noting that recently, government spent over E21 million to upgrade the drainage system at Mahhala Traffic Circle, which is next to the roads which were affected.
