Africa-Press – Ghana. Ms. Angelina Amankwaa, Creative Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Purple Peplum Creative Hub, has urged parents to encourage their wards to pursue skill training after school.
Ms. Amankwa stated that acquiring a skill in fashion, catering, plumbing, electrical, among others, helps to enhance career growth and contributes to a more competitive and innovative economy.
Speaking at the fifth graduation ceremony of the hub, Ms. Amankwah advised the graduates to apply good values, skills, knowledge and good networking gained through their training to their work, while stressing that boldness, innovation and self-confidence were also very important.
The graduates showcased and modelled their designs, which they sewed through personal inspirations.
Mr Gideon Kofi Antwi, the Chairman of Purple Peplum Creative Hub, motivated the graduates to create, inspire and work hard to make a mark in the fashion industry.
He urged them to demonstrate a high level of professionalism to thrive in their career growth.
