Africa-Press – Ghana. The Agyare Group of Companies’ annual tradition of feting orphans at the Royal Seed Home has once again brought broad smiles, laughter, and joy to the faces of the beneficiaries.

Mr Stephen Ofosu Agyare, Chairman of the Group, presented bags of rice, canned products, cooking oil, assorted drinks, and an undisclosed amount of money, among other items, for the orphans to enjoy the Yuletide.

He said Pacific Aid, the Group’s charity arm, had remained consistent in supporting the home for the past 12 years.

“This is done out of goodwill, with the belief that children out there without parents must receive support. I don’t do this only during Christmas; I support them very often and have adopted some of the children whom I am catering for,” he stated.

He said he believes that God blesses and forgives the inequities of people through acts of giving.

Nana Okromansa Klordey I, Founder of Royal Seed Home and Pampimhene of Awutu State, who received the items, thanked Mr Ofosu Agyare for his kindness and benevolence and prayed that God multiply and replenish his stock.

She stated that Mr Ofosu Agyare had been consistent in his support to the home, not only on ordinary days but also during festivities.

However, Nana Klordey expressed concern about inadequate accommodation facilities in the Home due to the increasing number of children and highlighted challenges with funding higher education.

She appealed to individuals, organisations, and philanthropists to offer assistance to the Home for the children to have the best of care.
