Africa-Press – Lesotho. After heavy rains last week, the rocks that fell into Mpilo Road have not yet been cleared. The reason is that there is a lot of congestion on the road as cars do not pass freely because part of the road is closed.
In an interview with Voice of the Nation, Maseru Town Council (MCC) Chief Executive Officer, Ms Lintle Mosala, said they had removed the fallen rocks last week but noticed that some were falling again, so they are still he also removed them because the place was muddy from the rain.
Mosala also said that when they had finished removing the stones, they would apply to the miners so that they could cover the collapsed concrete wall in order to prevent the stones from falling again.
