Africa-Press – Malawi. All is set for the official launch of Driemo’s highly anticipated album, “The Magician,” scheduled to take place at the Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC) in Lilongwe this coming Saturday, November 22.
In a recent interview, the multi-award-winning singer-songwriter shared insights into his career journey, describing his previous performances as pivotal learning experiences.
Driemo expressed confidence in his growth as an artist, stating that he is now fully prepared to deliver an unforgettable show.
“Expect the best performance ever,” he asserted, highlighting the maturity of his new album, which features a collection of heartfelt love songs and more.
“The Magician” boasts collaborations with several local and international artists, showcasing a diverse range of musical styles.
Driemo emphasized his commitment to providing an energetic live performance, marking this launch as a significant milestone in his music career.
Driemo’s manager, Van Ngongo of Van Ngongo Entertainment, confirmed that preparations for the event are well underway, noting that ticket sales are brisk.
“Tickets are selling like hotcakes,” he commented, urging fans to seize the opportunity to purchase tickets when they see vendors on the move. He warned that once the tickets are sold out, fans may miss out on this extraordinary event.
Tickets are available at various locations, including Area 18 B Filling Station, AK on the Clothes, Kings Landing and other online platforms including Ulinzinga.
Standard tickets are priced at K20,000, while VIP tickets are available for K40,000.
The launch event will also feature performances from a lineup of talented artists, including Zeze, Lulu, Emmie Deebo, Gwamba, Saint, Temwah, Malinga, Rashley, Loiso, Bee Jay, and the Deminish Band, among others.
This promises to be a night of exceptional music and celebration, as Driemo and his colleagues take the stage to showcase their artistry.
