Africa-Press – Mauritius. The Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria, Mrs Maria Tzotzorkova-Kaymaktchieva, paid a courtesy call on the Prime Minister, Dr Navinchandra Ramgoolam, today, at the Treasury Building in Port-Louis.
Diplomatic relations between Mauritius and Bulgaria which were established in 1975 reach their 50-year milestone this year.
Ambassador Tzotzorkova-Kaymaktchieva is a seasoned diplomat, having previously served as Bulgaria’s Ambassador to South Africa and Armenia. She has held several senior roles within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Permanent Mission to the United Nations.
