Africa-Press – Mozambique. The Milepa-Mavago road in Niassa may soon be completely impassable to four-wheel vehicles, due to the heavy rain falling in the province.
Currently, only motorbikes are still transiting the stretch, Mavago District Director for Planning and Infrastructure Matias Chimange told Radio Mozambique.
Chimange said that a contractor was standing by to intervene in the event of a complete road closure.
