Africa-Press – Rwanda. President Paul Kagame on Tuesday, August 26, received a bipartisan Congressional Delegation from the United States.
The delegation was made up of Rep. Austin Scott of Georgia and Rep. Salud Carbajal of California, who both serve on the U.S. House Armed Services Committee, as well as Rep. Jimmy Panetta of California, who serves on the House Committee on Ways and Means.
“They discussed ways to strengthen existing partnerships between Rwanda and the United States in key areas of interest such as regional security, education, and health,” Village Urugwiro said in a post on X.
