Africa-Press – Seychelles. Short survey for the arts and culture sector
As part of the regional project for the development of cultural and creative industries (ICC) in Indianoceania (funded by the French Development Agency and implemented by the Indian Ocean Commission, in collaboration with Hydea, Lalanbik and OCPA ), it was decided to set up a mobility fund until 2026 for artists and operators in the region.
A first experimental phase will be based on a needs analysis, a test period of the fund and an evaluation.
This experimental phase will be carried out in collaboration with On the Move, the information network on cultural mobility, active in Europe and internationally.
This short questionnaire aims to better understand the needs of artists in circulation in order to refine the mobility system over the next three years.
The questionnaire is focused on mobility of people between the following countries and territories:
Focus in terms of mobility destination: The Union of the Comoros, Seychelles, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique and Reunion.
Focus in terms of origin of mobility: The Union of the Comoros, Seychelles, Madagascar, Mauritius and Mozambique.
Disciplinary focus: performing arts, visual arts, music, literature, architecture.
