Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. The former competition officer for Eastern Region Football Association (EFRA), Tijani Sheku Brima is reported to have passed away on Tuesday.
The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) in response to the sad news, sent their condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
Meanwhile, football stakeholders in Kenema have requested the city’s Sierra Leone Premier League team, Kamboi Eagles to wear a black arm ban in their match against FC Kallon as form of respect for the late man. The EFRA also proposed that a minute silence be held before the start of the match.
The request before it will be granted must be tabled at the protocol meeting before the said match.
