Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. The University of Sierra Leone (USL) has officially announced the schedule for the distribution of certificates to students who graduated in December 2024 for the 2023/2024 academic year.
The distribution will commence on Monday, July 14, 2025, and will continue for a two-week period, concluding on Friday, July 25, 2025.
Certificates will be available for collection daily from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Graduates are required to provide several documents for verification, including a valid National or student ID card, a receipt of payment for graduation, the Swearing-In receipt from the College of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences (COMAHS), and evidence of the return of the USL gown.
Specific dates have been designated for each college within the university. Graduates from the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) can collect their certificates on Monday, July 14, and Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at the Old Building on the IPAM Campus.
Graduates from Fourah Bay College (FBC) are scheduled to receive their certificates on Wednesday, July 16, and Thursday, July 17, 2025, also at the Old Building on IPAM Campus.
Graduates from the College of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences (COMAHS) can collect their certificates on Friday, July 18, 2025, at the USL Registry located at Tower Hill.
The announcement was made by the USL Registry, emphasizing the importance of providing the required documents to ensure a smooth collection process for the graduates.
