Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. The three children who were found dead in the boot of a car in Kuwadzana Extension last Friday will be laid to rest today, Tuesday.

According to ZBC News, siblings Anopaishe and Anotidaishe Muzanago will be buried in Janyure Village, Chirumanzu, while Reynold Matsiwe will be buried in Chiunze Village, Uzumba-Maramba-Pfungwe.

Meanwhile, forensic post-mortem results for the three children are expected to be released today as police investigations into the tragic incident continue.

Anotidaishe was 1 year and 10 months old, Reynold was 2, and Anopaishe was 4.

The three children, last seen on Wednesday around 10 AM, were only discovered around 2 PM on Friday, locked inside a car belonging to 58-year-old Kenneth Damba.

The parents of the deceased, Millicent Mutandiro, 29, mother of Anopaishe and Anenyasha, and Polite Manenji, 34, had been doing house chores at the time, while the children played near the gate.

After failing to find them, a neighbour informed the parents that the children had been seen playing at a nearby tuckshop. A missing person’s report was filed around 8 PM.

The first person to discover their bodies was a male nurse from the City of Harare, Evans Berejena, 51, who lives in the same neighbourhood.
