Angola/Portugal Cooperation

Cooperation relations between Angola and Portugal have experienced renewed momentum, with emphasis on sectors such as the economy, education, health, infrastructure, and tourism.

The new Strategic Cooperation Program (PEC) 2023–2027, valued at 550 million euros, represents an important milestone in this bilateral partnership.

In education, collaboration includes teacher training, academic mobility, and developing educational programs. In health, cooperation focuses on training staff, sharing best practices, and strengthening health services.

Regarding infrastructure, agreements were signed for strategic sector projects such as roads, energy, and ports. There is also a dynamic effort to enhance tourism heritage and promote the exchange of experiences between the two countries.
