Africa-Press – Angola. Angola’s ambassador to Kenya, Mário de Azevedo Constantino, presented his letters of credence to the country’s president, William Ruto, in Nairobi.

At the ceremony, the diplomat presented greetings from the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, emphasizing the historical ties and friendship that bind the two nations, the hospitality of the Kenyan people and importance of relations between the two countries in making both economies robust.

The diplomat said Angola will continue to work with Kenya in various sectors to strengthen bilateral cooperation even more.

President William Ruto took the opportunity to welcome the Angolan diplomat, thanking his counterpart, João Lourenço, for his gesture, and expressed satisfaction with the excellent state of bilateral relations between the two countries.

Mário de Azevedo Constantino carried out the same duties in Belgium, Luxembourg and was an Observer for the European Union.
