Africa-Press – Angola. Angolan youth player Ana Service is in the top five of the African Under-16 Basketball Championship, which ended last weekend in Tunisia, with the national team winning the bronze medal (3rd place).
Ynji Elghayesh, Khadiga Abouelghait (Egypt) and Tenin Diarra, Assitan Diarisso (Mali) complete the group.
The 15-year-old basketball player, who plays for the 1o de Agosto Academy, averaged 17.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 4.6 tackles in five matches (32.5 minutes).
In the challenge for the third and fourth position, the National Team defeated the host Tunisia, by 50-43, when at halftime they were already winning by 30-20.
The competition was won by Mali, with a victory against Egypt, by 57-56.
