Angola has participated since this Monday, 23, in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, in two meetings of experts for the preparation of the Extraordinary Summits of Heads of State and Government of the African Union on the humanitarian situation and another one related to Terrorism and Unconstitutional Changes. of Government in Africa.

For the expert meetings, the Angolan delegation is headed by the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Angola to Ethiopia and Permanent Representative to the African Union and the United Nations Economic Commission, Francisco da Cruz.

The delegation also includes, among others, the Angolan ambassador to the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, António Luvualu de Carvalho, and the director of the Office of the Minister of Social Action, Family and the Promotion of Women, Inácio José.

On Tuesday, the experts meet at the Fourth Ordinary Session of the African Union Specialized Technical Committee (CTE) on Migration, Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, where the Ministry of Social Action, Family and the Promotion of Women will intervene in the Panel discussion on Climate Change, Disasters and Forced Displacement in Africa.
