Africa-Press – Angola. The Commission for Social Policy of the Council of Ministers reassessed, this Monday, in Luanda, at its second extraordinary meeting, the Legal Regime of the Pre-School Subsystem, among other legal diplomas.
The revised document establishes a set of principles and rules that will regulate the organization, operation, control, supervision and inspection of public and private educational institutions within the scope of this subsystem of education for children aged between zero and five years old.
The said diploma seeks to provide a quality pre-school educational system throughout the national territory, through the development and implementation of criteria compatible with the best international practices, as well as to stimulate the intellectual development of the child, through the affective, civic, social, psychomotor and cognitive, ensuring a healthy environment for integral development.
The meeting, chaired by the Minister of State for the Social Area, Dalva Ringote, considered, on the other hand, the Draft Presidential Decree that approves the Regulation of Specialized Training in Nursing, a diploma that establishes a set of norms and rules, applicable to degree in nursing.
According to the final communiqué of the meeting, the document covers national or foreign citizens, linked or not to the National Health Service, with a view to qualifying the graduate for the autonomous and technically differentiated exercise of the profession in a health area, with the attribution of the corresponding degree of specialist.
