Africa-Press – Angola. The National Electricity Distribution Company (ENDE) announced this Wednesday, in Luanda, the reestablishment of the sale of electricity from the prepaid system, through in-person channels, a service that has been interrupted since last Monday (day 18).
In a note, the company justifies that the difficulty faced by customers in paying for prepaid energy was due to an anomaly registered in the company’s computer system.
ENDE clarifies that its technical teams continue to work towards the total normalization of sales in the postpaid system and in non-face-to-face channels.
Given this scenario, the Electricity Company apologizes most sincerely for the inconvenience caused and requests maximum understanding from affected customers.
