FILDA 2023: ENSA insurance can now be paid by Multicaixa Express

Africa-Press – Angola. ENSA signed an agreement with EMIS that allows its customers to pay for various insurance services through the Multicaixa Express application.

The agreement was signed this Thursday at FILDA by the executive director of Empresa Nacional de Seguros de Angila (ENSA), Matilde Guebe, and by the President of the Executive Board of Empresa Interbancária de Serviços (EMIS), José Gualberto de Matos.

On the occasion, the PCE of EMIS explained that the system allows a subscriber to authorize pre-charging of their accounts to service providers and thus allow them to debit their account to charge for the services provided.

For example, he said that it will work as payment services for electricity, water and television bills.

“The aim is to increase the means of payment, digitize and authorize payments and work towards banking”, he said.

On the other hand, the manager mentioned that one of the main purposes for ENSA is the reduction of risks, costs and time in the process of collecting invoices, with the advantages for customers being convenience, i.e. paying bills without having to go to an ATM or branch.

He also clarified that EMIS developed this service to have the highest levels of payment security and flexibility. With this method, added the source, it will not be necessary to open a bank account to be able to make the payment, that is, the payment can be made at any bank and free of charge.

To subscribe to ENSA services, you must have a bank account, sign an insurance membership form (available at ENSA branches), a photocopy of your Identity Card, if you are a private individual, proof of IBAN and Tax Identification Number (NIF), if you are a company.

ENSA is the first and largest insurance company in Angola. FILDA closes this Saturday (22). 1,302 national and foreign companies participate in the event.
