The Minister of State and Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic, Francisco Furtado, led, this Monday, in Luanda, the act of raising the Monument Flag, in allusion to the 49th anniversary of National Independence, which is celebrated, the 11th.The ceremony, which took place at the National Museum of Military History, was attended by ministers, secretaries of state, provincial governor, among other guests.
At another time, the Minister of State and Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic laid a wreath at the Monument to the Unknown Soldier.
It has been 49 years since Angola declared its Independence, marking the beginning of a new era.
