FNLA prioritizes mobilization of militants in Uíge province

Africa-Press – Angola. The National Front for the Liberation of Angola (FNLA) will engage, in the near future, in the process of mobilizing militants in Uíge province, said Saturday, its first provincial secretary, Armando Vunge.

Speaking at the swearing-in ceremony, held in Luanda under the guidance of the FNLA president, Nimi a Simbi, the new secretary pointed to mobilization tasks as priorities, with the aim of supplanting other political forces in Uíge province.

The unification of the party is also a priority, taking into account the political challenges of the party and the need to contribute to the continuous improvement of the living conditions of Angolans.

Thus, the first secretary committed himself to working with all the militants, listening and seeking ideas that would help to improve the party’s action and the citizens’ hope.

During the inauguration, the president of the FNLA, Nimi a Simbi, recommended to the new provincial secretary the congregation of all militants, claiming that “I want work and greater commitment”.

The provincial secretary of Uíge was elected in an assembly of militants, on December 28, 2022.
