Bonifácio Bravante replaces André Pedro Pinto, while Tsuka Dias replaces Guimarães Pinto Luís.

In the same order, Muangala appointed several deputy municipal administrators, with emphasis on Francisco Manuel who takes over the Technical, Infrastructure and Community Services area of ​​the Alto Zambeze Municipal Administration.

Alfredo Mussole was appointed as deputy municipal administrator for the Economic and Financial area in the Municipal Administration of Bundas, and Elias Capenda as deputy for the Technical, Infrastructure and Community Services sector in Luau.

In the municipality of Moxico (provincial seat), Albertina Mulei will occupy the position of deputy for the Political, Social and Communities area, Aquino Calala in the Technical, Infrastructure and Community Services sphere and Baptista Tomás Inácio assumes the Economic and Financial area of ​​the same municipality ( Moxico).

Bernardo Chissola, João Muono and Jorge Aristides, respectively assistants for Camanongue, Luchazes and Luacano are other nominees.
